Come for a story, stay to make art!

Introducing StArt: Story + Art, a series designed to entertain the family with a story and a craft project.

Join us for story time about a famous artist, starting at 4:00pm at The Pile Bookstore. Story time is open to everyone, and those who would like to stay for the related art project after the story will receive art supplies and an in-store class for $10.

This session, we will be talking about Georgia O'Keeffe and reading "My Name is Georgia." Those who stay for the craft will leave with their own re-creation of her signature close-up flower. The craft will be taught by Corrine Miller, a Berwyn resident and art teacher. Corrine has a bachelor's in art and design with many years of art education experience. She is excited to join her love of history and art with this exciting program.
